The iFOREX raffle winner Meet our Hindi winner

Participation in the raffle (“Raffle”) is subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Participating the raffle promotion is available to qualified clients (“Qualified Clients”) only. For the purpose hereof, Qualified Clients shall mean new clients that:
• (i)Never traded with IFOREX before and in furtherance to this campaign opened a trading account with IFOREX for the first time.
• (ii)Successfully concluded the Company’s registration and account opening process, including the submission of identification documents, as may be requested on Company’s sole discretion.
• (iii)Made a minimum first deposit on the amount of USD 100, or the equivalent in other currencies.
• (iv)Traded the financial instruments of the Company in a trading volume of at least USD 100,000.
• (v)Demo accounts are excluded.
2. Participation is available to only one account per household/IP address.
3. For every Lot (USD 100,000) of trading volume, Qualified clients will be entitled to receive one (1) Raffle ticket.
4. At the end of the Raffle promotion period, as shall be decided solely by the Company, the Company will randomly choose the participating winners.
5. Wining is limited to only one (1) prize per Qualified client. If the same Qualified Client is randomly selected as the winner of more than 1 prize, the Company reserves the right to revoke any of the excess prizes and to conduct an additional drawing to determine a new winner for the revoked prizes.
6. Except in exceptional cases, prizes will be delivered usually within 8 weeks from winning, in the name of the wining Qualified Client only, and only to the address as updated in a Qualified Clients IFOREX trading account (without any option of changing address). Delivery may be also subject to courier’s terms and conditions, as the case may be.
7. Prize are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
8. Participants’ information, including images, may be used by the Company for advertising and marketing purposes and/or may be shared with 3rd parties for the provision of prizes. The Company reserves the right, subject to its sole discretion, to deny prizes from winners who refuse to provide the Company with their images and/or information and/or to the use of their images and/or information as explained above. Participants hereby waive any claim or demand they have or may have in this respect.
9. Images in marketing materials may differ from actual prizes.
10. Replacement of defected prizes is subject to prizes product’s supplier’s terms and conditions and to Qualified Client’s cooperation.
11. The Company reserve the right to amend, revise, modify, and/or change any of the terms and conditions of the Raffle, including without limitations to the type and number of prizes, at any time, without prior notice and with immediate effect.
12. The Company reserve its rights, in accordance with Company’s sole and absolute discretion, at all times and as the Company deems appropriate, to offer or to exclude the offering of/participation in the Raffle to/from any client/group of clients, country/region/jurisdiction.
13. Company’s Client Agreement and Trading Conditions terms and conditions not specifically amended hereunder shall continue in full force and effect and shall apply, mutatis mutandis. Unspecified matters are subject to Company’s sole discretion.
